Terms and Policy

  • Enrollment is confirmed after submission of forms, deposit payment, and acceptance.

  • Families must provide up-to-date emergency contacts, medical records, and allergy information.

  • A non-refundable registration fee applies.

Enrollment Policy

  • Tuition is due on the 1st of every month.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee.

  • Returned checks incur a processing fee.

  • We accept payment via credit card, ACH transfer, or check.

Payment and Tuition

  • Children must be picked up on time. Late pickups incur a late fee.

  • Please notify the daycare in case of absences or illness.

Attendance Policy

  • Children with contagious illnesses should stay home.

  • Staff are trained in CPR and first aid.

  • Emergency contacts must be current and reachable.

  • We follow state-mandated safety protocols for sanitation, fire drills, and child supervision.

Health and Safety

  • Only authorized persons may pick up children.

  • New pick-up persons require parent confirmation and photo ID.

 Medication Policy

  • Positive guidance, redirection, and age-appropriate interventions are used.

  • Physical punishment is strictly prohibited.

Discipline Policy

Curriculum and Activities

  • Our programs include learning through play, creative activities, and social-emotional development.

  • Field trips or off-site activities require parental consent.

  • We provide nutritious snacks and meals, and families are responsible for special dietary needs.

  • Allergies must be documented in writing, and accommodations will be made.

Meals and Allergies

  • Medication will only be administered with a signed authorization form.

  • All medication must be labeled with the child’s name and dosage instructions.

LUMIINEST LEARNING® reserves the right to terminate enrollment if:

  • Tuition is consistently late

  • Policies are repeatedly violated

  • The child’s needs exceed the daycare’s capabilities

Termination of Enrollment

Liability

  • The daycare is not liable for injuries resulting from activities beyond reasonable supervision.

  • Parents assume responsibility for personal belongings brought to daycare.

  • Parents receive regular updates about activities, learning milestones, and important announcements.

  • Questions or concerns should be communicated promptly with the director.

Communication
